The whine estate is located in the town of Coursan, at the crossroads of La Clape, Minervois and Corbières appellations. Here, history has considerably left its mark : the Via Domitia runs across our 123 acres (50 hectares) of vines.
It is a vineyard with numerous grape varieties, such as Merlot and Syrah for the red wine, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Viognier, Chardonnay and Muscat with small grapes for the white and rosé wine.
It is the story of a terroir, it is also a story of Men. Our wines are the result of a work which began a long time ago.
Today, Lionel Boutié (great-grandson), perpetuates this work of four generations and choose, since 1999, to cultivate his vines in accordance with the rules of organic farming.
